We are looking for a Company Access Manager to work with us on Bright Places which will be rehearsing from 7 September 2026 before touring from 26 September until 31 October 2026..
About the Role
Fee: £2,000 (based on a predicted 10 days at £200/day)
Ideal Start Date: 24 August 2026
Rehearsals: 7 - 25 Sept 2026 in Birmingham
Tech & Open: 24-25 Sept in Birmingham TBC & 26 Sept 2026 in Nottingham

We are looking for a Company Access Manager to work with us on the 2026 tour of Bright Places by Rae Mainwaring. The role is focussed on the continued wellbeing of the company during rehearsal, production week and throughout the tour.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the company update and/or create Access Riders to be shared with the team and touring venues
Working closely with the Director and Stage Management team to ensure needs outlined in Access Riders are being incorporated into schedules, planning and wider team processes
Advocate for Company Members during busy times e.g. Production Week and manage conversations with the wider team when needed
Liaise with venues, when needed, about available facilities and Company Access Riders
