Inclusive Families Sensory Sounds in Nature: taster session (Kettering)

  • The Learning Space at Wicksteed Park Barton Rd Kettering NN15 6NJ (map)

My Sensory Adventures sessions are for the whole family and are wonderful for children who like to explore the world in sensory ways. The sensory activities are great for lots of different people including babies/early years, children with special educational needs, people with complex needs, children with profound and multiple learning disabilities, and autistic children.

Sounds in Nature

In this series, we'll be bringing the outside in and co-creating exciting new work with composers. We'll be creating new musical pieces together through the sensory exploration of nature's sounds, smells, textures, sights and feelings. Why not come along to this taster session and get a feel for the four-week course that starts on Wednesday the 15th of July?

This taster session will be led by Becky and Grace. Join us to get creative, build confidence, and have a really rewarding experience in a lovely welcoming environment.

If you enjoy this taster, why not book for the whole four-session term, starting on Monday the 12th of July? Session are free with donations welcome 💕

We are thrilled to be running these sessions in partnership with Wicksteed Park. The session will be in the Learning Space behind the ice cream parlour.

Please book 1 space as a family and/or bubble - we are keeping all stations separate and distanced so have space for 10 families per session so please do book in advance. Please let us know who is coming and what their needs might be - any information to make sure we can create the best environment for everyone to enjoy and feel comfortable.

Please try to arrive between 10 and 10.30am, thanks!

We are thrilled to be doing in-person sessions again. We hope you'll come and explore with us!
